Not a true faction so much is it's a loosely affiliate group of bandits who agree not so much to support each other, but to at least not kill each other in an organized fashion. ( A little disorganized killing here and there is to be expected. )
John Lucas Pickard (pronounced Pick-erd like in herd) is the local boss. Notable equipment: Plastic man Armor, Wilks357 Laser pistol.
The rest of Pickards men wield a hodge pogs of SDC rifles and handguns.
